Are LYFT and LYFT/LAB the same?expand_more
LYFT/LAB is part of LYFT. LYFT/LAB's mission is to accelerate product development and offer ground-breaking innovations to customers, such as new flavours and improved packaging. We will regularly launch new limited edition collections to share with you and enhance collaboration. LYFT/LAB is also the home to exclusive competitions, such as our raffle for an original Josefin Eklund neon artwork.
Can you still buy LYFT/LAB products if you don't give feedback?expand_more
You can still buy products if you don't leave feedback, but not from the LYFT/LAB collection you have already purchased from (the current collection is EDT.02_01, EDT.02_02 and EDT.02_03). So you'll need to wait for the next collection of new flavours. We will do our best to bring it to you as soon as possible.
How do I leave feedback?expand_more
Simply log into your MY.LAB page on this website, and complete one or more questionnaires (each one is just a few questions that you answer with a score). The more you complete, the more rewards you can get! Sign up to our newsletter, and we’ll send you the link with a reminder.
I have left feedback, but I still can’t place a second order – what should I do?expand_more
Our system will recognise you if you have given feedback. Please make sure that you have completed the questionnaire in full. If you’re still not able to place a second order, please get in touch with our customer services team.

Besides unlocking your next purchase, the more feedback you share, the more benefits you will have for the next limited edition collection and activities around it.
How often do the collections change?expand_more
LYFT/LAB collections change every 2 or 3 months. If you purchase and give feedback, we will update you on our next launch.
Can I order a flavour from a previous collection?expand_more
You can order from a previous collection if the old flavour has not sold out, but please remember that we can't guarantee availability.
What delivery options do you offer?expand_more
We offer free delivery to your home within the following cities in Sweden: Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Västerås, Örebro, Uppsala, Linköping, Helsingborg, Norrköping, Jönköping, Eskilstuna, Borås and Södertälje. In case you live outside these cities your package will be delivered to a pick-point near you by your choice. Your order will arrive within 2-4 working days. Parcels shipped with express delivery will arrive within 1-2 working days.
How will my order be shipped?expand_more
Your order will be shipped with UPS or DSV depending on where you live. Home delivery is only available with UPS in the following cities: Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Västerås, Örebro, Uppsala, Linköping, Helsingborg, Norrköping, Jönköping, Eskilstuna, Borås and Södertälje.
